We worked with Kate in the summer of to assist us with finding a Chair for our affordable housing project, which supports Key Workers with low-cost rents in London.
Our aim was to improve diversity within governance, and from the outset, Kate clearly understood the attributes we were looking for.
Kate’s search was comprehensive. It began with twenty-plus candidates and was narrowed down to six, all of whom proved to be exemplary for different reasons.
Not only have we now acquired a sublime and able Chair, but other candidates are also candidates that may become future NEDs.
On a personal note, Kate is also the most delightful, professional and charming lady to work with.
